The house prices are grossly overvalued, especially in the major cities. Oil prices are falling and the oil province of Alberta is sinking with unemployment climbing. The CAD has alredy fallen 30 points this year and it will continue to fall. Right now 1 usd is 1.30cad, expect it to go $1.60 by 2017 summer.
