The Board of Directors of Logistics Holdings Limited (the “Company” and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Logistics Construction Pte Ltd, has been awarded 2 contracts amounting to S$50.9 million by the Housing & Development Board as described below:- (A) Design and Build of Upgrading Projects for G14E (the “G14E Project”) The G14E Project is to design and build electrical substations and switch rooms, and to carry out related works in Clementi Avenue 3 Blocks 426 to 435 (“Precinct A”) and Clementi Avenue 5 Block 339 to 342, Blocks 344 and 345 (“Precinct B”). The G14E Project will start no later than 10 April 2013 in phases and is scheduled to be completed within 18 months for Precinct A and within 16 months for Precinct B upon commencement. The award of the G14E Project for S$26.0 million is not expected to have any material impact on the net tangible assets per share and earnings per share of the Group for the current financial year ending 30 June 2013. (B) Design and Build of Upgrading Projects for G15E (the “G15E Project”) The G15E Project is to design and build electrical substations and switch rooms, and to carry out related works in Aljunied Crescent Block 99 to 106, and Eunos Crescent Blocks 13 to 18, Blocks 24 and 25. The G15E Project will start no later than 9 April 2013 in phases and is scheduled to be completed within 18 months upon commencement. The award of the G15E Project for S$24.9 million is not expected to have any material impact on the net tangible assets per share and earnings per share of the Group for the current financial year ending 30 June 2013. With the award of the G14E Project and the G15E Project, the Group’s order book amounted to approximately S$329.1 million. None of the directors or substantial shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the G14E Project and the G15E Project (other than through their shareholdings in the Company).
